On average, I take 3 hours for a
home inspection. I go through every room, every closet, in the attic,
and under the house. I check every bathroom, I check most windows and
doors for operation, I check most wall receptacles and switches
throughout the house. I run appliances, look for termite tunnels and
damage, check for mold. I go back to the office, review the inspection
and prictures, and create a professional report for you with clear
comprehensive information, illustrations, and pictures. Not just a
checklist that 's quick and great for an inspector but of little
relevance to you. I'll be glad to compare my inspection and report with
anyone's and especially the guy who sets a fixed price.
